After being available exclusively for online pre-orders, ‘Nepathya’ will be available in bookstores starting next week. Written by Girish Giri, the book draws from his long-standing association with the band’s frontman, Amrit Gurung.

This new release delves into the popular band Nepathya’s formation, its ups and downs over the years, and the struggles behind its iconic songs. It also explores how the band has used its musical success for social causes.

To celebrate Nepathya and Nepalaya’s 25-year collaboration, the first 25 lucky buyers received copies for just Rs25, with prices ranging up to Rs2,025 during pre-orders.

“The book is not just a band’s biography but also a story of youthful dreams and struggles, making it an inspiring read for the younger generation,” says Kiran Krishna Shrestha, team leader at Nepalaya.

Starting Wednesday, ‘Nepathya’ will be available in major bookstores across Nepal for Rs815. It will also be accessible internationally via e-book platforms and Amazon.
