Dominican culinary extravaganza at Kathmandu Marriott

Kathmandu Marriott Hotel is hosting the Dominican Republic Food Festival from November 21 to 27.
The week-long festival was kicked off with an inauguration dinner which was attended by guests, including the consulate of the Dominican Republic in Nepal Gaurav Agarwal, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic in India David Puig and the chief guest and the minister for foreign affairs Narayan Prasad Saud. According to the organisers, the event also celebrates the cultural ties between the Dominican Republic and Nepal.
A highlight of the festival is the exclusive Dominican Master Class scheduled for November 26. Popular chef Addys Jacquez will conduct the class at Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu, offering participants an opportunity to explore the intricacies of Dominican cooking. From insights and techniques to hands-on experiences, this master class is a chance to craft and relish authentic Dominican flavours.
Throughout the festival, diners and food enthusiasts can indulge in various Dominican dishes prepared by chef Jacquez.
