Hyatt Regency Kathmandu is bringing a slice of Italy to the city with “La Dolce Vita: Italian Wine & Five-Course Fine Dining”, an exclusive evening of gourmet cuisine and fine wines at Rox Restaurant.

Held in collaboration with the renowned Biscardo Wines, the event starts at 6:30 pm on April 16. Guests will enjoy a specially curated five-course Italian menu, with each dish thoughtfully paired with premium Biscardo wines, the press release issued by Hyatt Regency said.

According to the organisers, the Biscardo winemaker will be present in person, offering insights and stories behind each vintage. “A live violinist will serenade the evening with classical and jazz renditions, enhancing the elegant, immersive atmosphere,” the statement assured.
