Two women died in separate incidents in Kanchanpur and Darchula

A woman has died in a tiger attack in Dodhara Chandani Municipality-2 in Kanchanpur district.
The deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Hiradevi Shah.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Umesh Joshi, Shah was attacked by a tiger while cutting grass in a paddy field.
Her body was recovered from the sugarcane field near her house on Thursday morning.
The officials of the Shuklaphanta National Park conjecture that the tiger fled from the national forest in the Border Indian region.
A drone has been deployed to locate the tiger.
Similarly, another woman has lost her life falling from a cliff in Darchula.
According to locals, Guma Thagunna, wife of Man Singh Thagunna of Bedhunpatal in Sundmund, fell off the cliff and succumbed to her injury on the spot while cutting grass on Thursday morning.
