F1Soft, Nepal’s leading fintech company, marked its 21st anniversary, celebrating over two decades of pioneering financial technology solutions that have transformed the country’s digital landscape.
Founded in 2004, F1Soft has partnered with leading banks and financial institutions to empower millions of Nepalis with seamless digital financial services. The company has spearheaded innovations such as mobile banking, digital wallets, mobile payments networks, digital lending, and remittance solutions that have redefined financial accessibility in Nepal.
On this occasion, the company announced a major leadership transition with Siddhant Thakuri taking over as the new President of F1Soft Group, succeeding founder Biswas Dhakal.
With this transition, Thakuri, who has been serving as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, steps into the role of President, bringing a fresh perspective and a commitment to accelerating F1Soft’s next growth phase.

Outgoing President and Founder Biswas Dhakal expressed his confidence and faith in the transition, stating that the new leadership would propel the company to new heights.
