Ramada Encore Kathmandu, a premier 4-star upscale hotel, and US-based leadership development organisation Impact Yes have announced a strategic partnership to redefine leadership standards in Nepal’s hospitality industry.
The agreement, signed at Ramada Encore Kathmandu, aims to empower teams, elevate service excellence, and set new regional benchmarks. The collaboration will integrate psychology-driven training programs to foster innovation, boost staff engagement, and strengthen guest-centric practices, according to the statement issued by the companies.
